Project Success Specialist

Job Description:

Project Success Specialists are pivotal in supporting the seamless execution of projects and enhancing client satisfaction. Project Success Specialists work closely with assigned Client Success Managers to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and coordinate effectively with various external partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist Client Success Managers in managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring efficient progress and quality outcomes.
  • Installer Relations: Identify, vet, and secure qualified installers for projects. Maintain and update our database of Nationwide Installers by recording performance feedback and expanding our network of reliable partners.
  • Communication Coordination: Serve as the communication link between installers and internal teams. Ensure all parties are well-informed about project details, changes, and expectations to facilitate a smooth installation process.
  • Documentation and Tracking: Keep project documentation updated in real time. Manage active jobs and ensure all pertinent data is accurately entered into our internal project management system, Monday.com.
  • Logistical Coordination: Handle logistics for shipping and installation, including sending tracking information to installers and confirming installation dates. Ensure all physical resources are at the installation site as scheduled.
  • Quality Assurance: Review completion photos to verify the accuracy and quality of installations. Upload approved photos to Monday.com and communicate completion to Client Success Managers.
  • Invoice Management: Review and approve installer invoices upon job completion. Ensure timely submission of invoices for payment processing.
  • Operational Reporting: Regularly update post-job completion reviews, the Nationwide Installers database, and other operational reports to reflect current project statuses and installer feedback.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate with on-site contacts to confirm the readiness of vehicles or sites for installation, avoiding any unnecessary delays or rescheduling.

Skills:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
