At DIG, Project Success Specialists are the operational force behind our Fleet programs — ensuring projects move seamlessly from concept to completion with precision, accountability, and speed.

    Job Description:

This role is pivotal in driving on-time project execution, installer coordination, and client satisfaction nationwide. Working hand-in-hand with Client Success Managers and leveraging our proprietary Installer App platform, you’ll own the critical processes, ensuring every install happens on time, in spec, and in budget.

If you’re energized by fast-paced environments, love systems and organization, and are obsessed with operational excellence — this is your stage to shine.

    What You’ll Own:

    • Project Execution & Support:
Manage project deliverables, timelines, and real-time updates across multiple accounts, ensuring momentum, quality, and alignment at every phase.
    • Installer Network Management:
Identify, vet, and engage vehicle graphics installers nationwide. Track performance, provide feedback loops, and drive continuous improvement across our installer network through the Installer App.
    • Internal & External Communications:
Serve as the main conduit between installers, internal teams, and client success. Proactively communicate project updates, changes, and expectations to ensure flawless handoffs.
    • Documentation & Data Integrity:
Maintain meticulous project documentation inside Monday.com and Installer App. Ensure every job, note, update, and photo is accurately captured to drive visibility and decision-making.
    • Logistics & Scheduling Coordination:
Handle logistics for materials, shipping, and install dates. Confirm site readiness and vehicle availability to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
    • Quality Assurance:
Review and approve completion photos, ensuring all work meets DIG’s quality standards before closing out projects.
    • Invoice Review & Processing:
Validate and approve installer invoices post-job completion to maintain financial accuracy and ensure timely payments.
    • Reporting & Insights:
Deliver operational reports and feedback loops that drive smarter, faster project execution across the fleet ecosystem.

    What You’ll Need:

    • Strong organizational and project management skills — you live for checklists, timelines, and real-time updates.
    • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with a bias toward proactive outreach.
    • Comfort navigating project management platforms like Monday.com and operational tools like Installer App (training provided).
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to process adherence.
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects and pivot quickly in a high-urgency environment.
    • A growth mindset — you see feedback as fuel and are always looking for ways to optimize how things are done.

    Why DIG?

    • We aren’t just a branding company — we’re building a nationwide execution machine for fleet branding at scale. At DIG, you’ll find a culture of ownership, innovation, and extreme accountability.
    • We move fast. We solve problems. We lead the industry by doing what others won’t.
    • This isn’t just a job. It’s a launchpad.
